Timothy Elliot from Hyannis, Massachusetts won $1 million in the lottery, but the probelm is he wasn’t supposed to be gambling. The 55-year-old is on five years probation for robbing a bank and the courts ordered him to never gamble again after they heard he had a major problem.

Timothy will lose his winnings and the court will decide if he will be sent to the clink for violating his probation. They will also decide where his cash will go.
